The PERSPEKTIVE project has three goals: 1. preparing detainees for their reintegration by strengthening and developing social skills, which are also of great importance for professional life. 2. strengthening the employability of former detainees. 3. intensifying cooperation between different institutions from the field of business practice with the penal system in different European countries.
