With the onset of the Covid pandemic, social interaction has decreased due to the rise of uncontrolled digital addictions, while developing technology has accelerated individualization. UNESCO's "Education for All" reports revealed that during the pandemic, disadvantaged groups became more disconnected from education, and digital education was insufficient in terms of inclusivity. In this context, the project developed aimed to improve attitudes towards immigrants and individuals with disabilities, and to foster individuals equipped with empathy, social-emotional intelligence, and soft skills. Inclusive education methods were implemented to reduce early school leaving, and it was observed that individuals with high social intelligence were more effective in coping with challenges. Additionally, the importance of individual awareness and participation in solving environmental issues, such as climate change, was emphasized, and the contribution of digital tools to inclusive education was highlighted. The project aimed to increase the digital capacities of schools and make them more inclusive.
With this project, our primary goal is to establish communication between institutions and achieve the following objectives we have jointly identified: Project Objectives and Expected Results: To develop students' soft skills in order to understand the challenges faced by their disabled and migrant peers in the classroom, To reduce the early school leaving rate from 10% to 5% over three years—caused by peer bullying, exclusion, and socio-cultural differences experienced by migrant children—through creative activities focused on empathy, social acceptance, and social intelligence, To increase the acceptance of students from different cultural backgrounds and to enhance intercultural communication alongside the participants’ language development, To strengthen the institutional capacity and improve the implementation levels of inclusive education in each school, making institutions more inclusive through digital approaches, To create a growing knowledge pool by collecting activities, scales, and data related to the development of social intelligence through inclusive education, To enable students and teachers to get to know different countries and cultures, to learn about shared European values through cultural interaction an
