As part of our Erasmus+ accreditation, we are committed to achieving eight key objectives. These objectives align with the priorities of our organization, the needs of our participants, and the broader goals of the Erasmus+ program: - Sustainability and Environmental Awareness – Promoting green activism, outdoor activities, sports, and urban gardening. - EU Citizenship and Values – Enhancing knowledge about EU institutions, policies, and mobility opportunities to bring the EU closer to young people. - Human Rights and Social Inclusion – Supporting the integration of vulnerable groups, including youth with fewer opportunities and minorities. - Health and Well-being – Raising awareness about physical, mental, and digital health through educational opportunities and activities. - Quality in Youth Work and Education – Improving training for youth workers, fostering innovation, streamlining administrative work, and ensuring long-term sustainable processes. - Arts and Culture – Encouraging creative expression through theatre, music, film, and other artistic platforms. - Digital Competence Development – Promoting digital literacy, responsible tech use, and a healthy balance between digital and offline life. - Entrepreneurial Skills and Employability – Equipping young people with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed for entrepreneurship and career development. Our Approach in This Project This project addressed all eight objectives, with our primary goal being to offer high-quality activities for young people and youth workers. We aimed to provide meaningful learning experiences, foster personal and professional growth, and facilitate connections across different regions. However, since it was not possible to focus equally on all accreditation objectives, we prioritized the following: - Expanding our network of partners and trainers – Providing training, sharing innovative practices, and improving the overall quality of youth work. - Contributing to peace-building – Acting as a bridge between young people from conflict-affected regions, fostering engagement, and promoting mutual understanding through various tools. - Addressing youth needs and priorities – Designing activities that align with the interests of young people, European youth priorities (EU Youth Goals, Sustainable Development Goals), and insights from our local initiatives. - Building on existing best practices – Continuing successful activities such as EU exchanges, Make Music Not War exchanges, youth worker training, and camping exchanges while exploring new topics and approaches. - Creating a safe and supportive space – Encouraging open discussions about mental, physical, and digital health, and providing practical tools for young people and youth workers. Moving Forward One of our most crucial goals was the successful implementation of our second Erasmus+ accredited project. Building on the lessons learned from our first project, we focused on further improving the quality of our activities and strengthening the skills and knowledge of our team. Our commitment remains to provide high-quality, impactful experiences for young people and youth workers involved in our initiatives.
