We can say, that the accreditation was one of the best experiences in a lifetime of our NGO. It has had many benefits in achieving our objectives. The accreditation process simplified many administrative tasks, reducing the effort and time required to manage projects. This allowed us to focus more on the quality and impact of our initiatives. We were able to ensure continuity and consistency in projects, which is important on a long-term basis. One of the highlights was the flexibility in project implementation, which allowed us to collaborate with partners under the difficult conditions. We could adapt our projects to changing circumstances without the constraints typically associated with single application projects. Considering currents results, we are consent, that our set objectives were fully achieved! One of our primary objectives was to achieve better planning certainty. Erasmus+ accreditation provided a structured, but yet flexible framework that allowed for more predictable and reliable annual work planning. This stability was essential for the efficient allocation of resources and the smooth implementation of our projects. Flexibility in our annual work plan was another critical objective. The accreditation allows us to adapt our projects to evolving needs and circumstances without significant administrative hurdles. This flexibility ensured that we can respond swiftly and effectively to new opportunities and challenges as they arise. We aimed to continue and enhance our long-standing cooperation with our partners. The accreditation fosters a more future-oriented, secure outlook, which is conducive to the sustained collaboration and growth of our international network. Strengthening these partnerships ensured that our projects benefit from diverse perspectives and expertise. Our work is mostly based on European resources and Erasmus+ funding. By securing accreditation, we ensure ongoing access to these resources, enabling us to regularly implement youth projects. Our ultimate goal was to offer valuable opportunities for youth workers, and young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Through activities such as Youth Exchanges, Seminars, and Training Courses, we empowered young people and youth workers with new skills, perspectives, and experiences. The projects fostered personal growth, cultural exchange, and professional development.
