Objectives

A1) The theme of the youth exchange was "Borders - how do I look into the future?" The aim was for the participants to develop their own coping strategies in order to be able to look positively into the future despite the negative reports and (private) distress of war. The topic of exclusion and bullying was also addressed, as many Russian-speaking German youth were marginalized in everyday life and had to justify themselves for their origin. Therefore, the topics of war, peace and borders in connection with their own future were addressed in a variety of ways in workshops, discussions, outdoor games and creative tasks in the team. A3) The objectives of the International Inclusive Youth exchange focused on showing and promoting inclusion through theatre art. A key objective was to support international inclusion by bringing together young people with and without disabilities and developing their creative potentials. The Encounter aimed at a 50% participation of people with disabilities to raise awareness of inclusion and develop a positive societal attitude towards "being different." In addition, participants were asked to break down stereotypes, thereby promoting openness and tolerance. Participation was aimed not only at supporting the development of creative skills, but also at promoting exchange on the subject of "peace" and reducing fears. Another important aspect was the creation of collaborations and networking within the inclusive international theatre community. A4) Our youth workers exchange "International Inclusion - How Does It Work?" was designed to discuss practical examples from the integration spectrum among professionals from Germany, Armenia and Ukraine. These practical examples should be better understood and supplemented with creative methods such as theatre, art and music to overcome social barriers and act inclusively. Moreover, at the end of the project, the participants should have concrete tools to actively participate in the integration process regarding people with disabilities in their own countries. The network should be sustainable and remain active even after the end of the project, so that experts have the opportunity to exchange and collaborate. A5) The aim of the project "Peacework Ukraine-Russia" was to bring together professionals from the two countries to strengthen intercultural dialogue and cooperation in the context of peacebuilding. Through the meeting, the participants were to develop a deeper understanding of the current challenges in the daily life of young people from Russia and Ukraine living in the EU. A key concern was to transform conflict through communicative exchange and to highlight the role of art and culture in peacemaking. Another focus was on raising awareness of intercultural differences and promoting respectful dialogue. Through creative expression, participants should be encouraged to develop messages of peace and disseminate them in their communities. A6) Participants should be encouraged to develop messages of peace and spread them in their communities. A6) The project was extensively devoted to the theme of peace, with a particular focus on how to find peace within oneself, develop it and ultimately pass it on to others. It was made clear that each individual participant has the opportunity to cultivate peace and carry it out into the world. The central question in the room was: What internal or external conflicts prevent us from finding and maintaining inner peace? Out of this consideration arose the project "Peace Begins in Me" which focused on this important topic. A7) With the implementation we had several goals aimed at addressing the challenges and insecurities of young Ukrainian refugees. First, we wanted to provide a platform to share experiences and concerns in the context of war and crises. Given the current situation and the integration of refugees into Polish and German societies, it is important to support them in their identification and planning for the future. To do this, we wanted to develop methods and try out digital tools such as AutoDraw and JamBoard. Networking was another goal.
