Objectives

The primary aim of the project "Europe Leads Towards Diversity" was to shape an inclusive mindset among young people by addressing discrimination and showcasing diversity as a source of strength and innovation for society. As well as to create a meaningful impact on young people and their communities highlighting discrimination issues and promoting the value of diversity between Balkan and European countries as major pillar of the european communities are the balkans due to their economical reason of migration. An important aim was to shift attitudes towards equity, ensuring that all participants, regardless of their backgrounds or abilities, could actively engage and benefit from the experience. The project also aimed to strengthen the role of civil society organizations as agents of change, empowering their young people to become advocates for equality and social integration in their communities. Through dialogue, collaboration, and creative learning, the project sought to inspire participants to challenge discriminatory norms, embrace diversity, and drive positive changes that support societal growth and harmony. Our objectives are: 1. To raise awareness about gender, color, race and identity labeling. 2. To promote equity and equality. 3. To align the Goals with the Erasmus+ of tolerance and young people's involvement. 4.
