The primary goal of implementing the Youth Exchange project was to address the ongoing challenges faced by women and the underrepresentation of women in the participating countries' cultures. The objectives of the project were targeted to multiple directions: - Encouraging young people to express themselves freely and inclusively, fostering an environment where all voices are heard and valued. - Challenging and reshaping societal attitudes and norms surrounding gender roles and discrimination, with a focus on promoting gender equality and diversity. - Investigating and raising awareness of the harmful effects of sexist language and behavior in everyday interactions, aiming to create a more respectful and equitable society. - Empowering young people to become advocates for equality through education, activism, and community engagement, encouraging them to take action to address inequality in their communities. - Providing participants with the opportunity to develop their creative skills in storytelling and comics drawing, using these mediums as powerful tools for self-expression and activism. - Facilitating meaningful intercultural dialogue and exploration of gender and diversity issues, fostering understanding and empathy among participants from different backgrounds and cultures. - Creating/starting online platforms and social media conversations to amplify diverse perspectives on gender expectations, culminating in the creation of a publication showcasing the project's outcomes and insights.
