The objective of the project "CHANGE" was to address the challenges of youth unemployment and foster competitiveness through innovation and creativity. The project aimed to develop entrepreneurial spirit and increase the level of entrepreneurial and employment competences among young people. The specific objectives of the project were as follows: The project raised awareness among the 60 participants about the need to develop entrepreneurship and employability in the context of economic recovery in European society. This was achieved through the use of non-formal techniques and methods over a period of 8 months. The project enhanced the level of knowledge and key competences in the field of entrepreneurship and employability for the 60 participants. This was achieved through intercultural dialogue, cultural exchange, and diversity, with the goal of making the participants adaptable to the European labor market during the project period. The project facilitated the development of 5 business plans for starting and developing new businesses. These business plans were based on participants' ideas and were created through non-formal education methods and multicultural role play during a 9-day youth exchange. The project encouraged and developed solidarity and tolerance among young participants. This contributed to social cohesion at the European Union level through cultural exchange, inclusion, and diversity based on non-discriminatory non-formal activities. Throughout the project activities, the issues and challenges related to youth unemployment were addressed and minimized using non-formal education methods and tools. The project familiarized young people with research methods, funding opportunities, and promoted a business-oriented mentality.
