The main goal of the project was to raise awareness among young people about the importance of recycling and its impact on the environment and society. We wanted to encourage participants to see recycling not only as a practical activity but also as a creative and responsible way to contribute to a more sustainable future. The objectives of the project were: To promote environmental awareness and recycling through creative, hands-on activities. To develop participants’ competences in teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. To strengthen intercultural understanding and cooperation among young people from different countries. To engage participants in meaningful local actions, such as clean-up initiatives and interviews with local people. To support the development of the 8 Key Competences for Lifelong Learning, especially cultural awareness, civic responsibility, and digital competences. The project aimed to empower young people to become more active, environmentally conscious citizens in their local and international communities.
