The main objective of the "Step Up in a Digital Year!" project was to empower young people, especially marginalized youth, through entrepreneurial methods. It aimed to improve participants' digital skills and assist them in determining which fields were more open for them to study and develop a future career. The project "Step Up in a Digital Year!" also had the following important objectives: I. It raised the standard of programs conducted by partner organizations for young marginalized individuals. II. It promoted long-term cooperation between partners through the Erasmus + Program, with a specific focus on young, vulnerable people. III. It provided marginalized youth with the opportunity to participate in international youth exchanges. It also gave them chances to advance personally and professionally, inspiring vulnerable adolescents to take part in international youth programs. IV. The project shared innovative methods and techniques based on entrepreneurship with youth workers who acted as group leaders during the youth exchange. The focus was on addressing themes like the capacity to control strong emotions, self-confidence, and self-awareness. It fostered youth development and active citizenship.
