Objectives

This project was initiated by young people, responding to the need to find the job that they want to work and not what they must do, or what their parents will choose. Many times on the path of choosing a profession, they face obstacles such as competitiveness, insecurity, and low motivation. Therefore through this Erasmus+ Mobility for youth workers, we wanted to respond to these obstacles by using non-formal education to achieve the following objectives: - To develop self-presenting skills, job interview skills, and entrepreneurial skills; - To motivate young people to develop themselves in career building; - To develop communication and soft skills; -To provide participants with new knowledge and skills, such as how to write a CV and motivation letter; - To raise awareness about personal skills, competencies, interests, and strong features. - To introduce the Erasmus+ program as a tool for personal development and cultural fusion; - To enhance language proficiency and find new friends and partners; - To learn about the new cultures and traditions of participants' home countries so that they can deal with cultural differences in the workplace; - To learn how to act in a multicultural society; - To gain and improve the 8 Key competencies and skills through the Youthpass process and to learn about the Youthpass in general. Considering the online opportunities that we currently have, we also wanted to give guidance to young people to follow their passion and find online possibilities for employment.
