Encourage community among participating youth workers, promoting the exchange of knowledge, information, and best practices regarding youth participation at local, regional, and international levels. 3. Promote human rights education and the development of youth worker competencies, specifically related to inclusion, participation, and human rights. The project also aimed to indirectly influence policy-making related to government investments in youth work on a European level. 4. Foster a sense of community among young people through collaborative comic creation, addressing important topics such as mental health, bullying, and substance abuse in a way that is approachable and non-threatening to young people. 5. Use comics as a medium to help young people develop valuable life skills, such as problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution, in an engaging and relevant context. The COMICSATION project, which spanned over a period of [two years], is designed to provide youth workers with the skills needed to engage young people in their communities, while also offering methods for self-expression through art and storytelling. The project consisted of two training courses (TCs) and a local stage between them, aimed at exploring storytelling methodologies and the basics of comic creation, followed by the practical application of these skills in local workshops.
