Objectives

Statistically, youth unemployment rates are significantly higher compared to those of other age groups, directly reflecting the obstacles faced by young people across Europe. With this project we had differents needs and objectives. The need and objectives of this project were: -foster youth employment -develop economic growth through a very cultural and interesting sector, where they meet new cultures and develop solidarity among each other, -to improve the employability of youngsters, ensuring that all young people under the age of 25 years receive a good-quality offer of employment, continued education, an apprenticeship or a traineeship within a period of four months of becoming unemployed or leaving formal education. -to develop digital improvement and sense of business initiatives in tourism sector. According to our observations we realized that one of the biggest growing and most economically influential industries is tourism, and Europe being one of the leading destinations for people in this industry, could be a great field for youth to get involved in and to bring their new perspective. Tourism is major economic activity, largely impacting on economic growth and employment in Europe. It is also an increasingly important aspect in the life of European citizens. As an industry which greatly influences on cultural and natural heritage and on traditions and contemporary cultures in the European Union, tourism provides a textbook example of the need to reconcile economic growth and sustainable development, including an ethical dimension. Tourism is also an important instrument for reinforcing Europe's image in the world, in promoting European Values and promoting the attractions of the European model, which is the result of centuries of cultural exchanges, linguistic diversity and creativity The project was directly linked to the Erasmus+ priorities and objectives through -promotion of non-formal and informal learning mobility and active participation among young people, as well as cooperation, quality, inclusion, creativity and innovation at the level of organizations and policies in the field of youth; -promotion of European values, principles and interests around common priorities around Europe and third countries -development of social and intercultural competences, critical thinking -Participation in social and civic engagement through formal or non-formal learning activities. -raising awareness of and understanding the European Union context, notably as regards the common EU values, the principles of unity and diversity, as well as their social, cultural and historical heritage.
