The project “City Bound Europe – Academy of Change Makers” aimed to prepare youth leaders and young activists to create positive change in their societies through non-formal education activities and youth exchange. The project contributed to the professionalization of the teams within the City Bound Europe Network by equipping them with the skills to design and organize high-quality educational mobilities that have a strong impact on target groups while fostering meaningful social change. The main objectives of this project were: To develop the competencies of young leaders and activists in designing and facilitating learning programs based on the needs of young people, leading to meaningful change. To raise participants' awareness of youth policy developments at national and European levels and the role of youth organizations in fulfilling youth strategies. To expand the Network’s capacity by training a new generation of youth leaders and preparing them for future international youth work. To develop comprehensive training programs for youth leaders that can be implemented both in person and online, enabling the Network to reach and engage more young people. To design an e-learning platform that will compile all project results, making them accessible online for future leaders of City Bound Europe.
