Objectives

The project pursued several objectives aimed at gaining a comprehensive insight into the status of female entrepreneurship in Europe, particularly in Germany and Turkey. One of the main tasks was to analyse the current state of female entrepreneurship in these regions. This included collecting data on the number of female entrepreneurs, the sectors in which they were active and their economic performance. Another important aim of the project was to identify the challenges and opportunities faced by female entrepreneurs in Europe, Germany and Turkey. This required a thorough investigation of various aspects, including legal frameworks, access to finance, social environment and gender barriers. The findings were used to derive sound recommendations to improve the conditions for female entrepreneurs. A major objective was to produce a comprehensive comparative report on the results of the analysis. This report presented both quantitative data and qualitative findings on the experiences and perspectives of women entrepreneurs in the regions mentioned. The comparative analysis revealed similarities and differences between the countries. Finally, the project formulated concrete recommendations to improve the support and conditions for female entrepreneurs in Europe, Germany and Turkey. This included policy proposals, support programmes and educational initiatives to reduce gender-specific barriers and create a supportive environment for female entrepreneurs. In the context of youth work, the project also actively involved young people in the research process. This included youth participation in data collection, analysis and advocacy on topics related to female entrepreneurship. The aim was to raise awareness of the challenges and opportunities in the field of female entrepreneurship among young people and to encourage their participation in future initiatives.
