The project pursues the long-term strategy of opening up participation spaces, public spaces, and design spaces for children and young people (C&Y) using the means of cultural education from the art forms of dance, music, visual arts, and contemporary circus, or with other creative forms of expression from youth culture and spaces to take a position. We want to conquer public space for C&Y, make their topics and attitudes publicly visible and audible, and enable them and all older people to experience the social relevance and constructive power of young people. Too often, young people in particular are not wanted and are even driven away. Corona has pushed C&Y even more into the private or digital realm. We want to do something to counteract this. The overarching goals of the project are low-threshold cultural and political education; cultural, social and political participation for C&Y as well as promoting the social engagement of young people, C&Y's voluntary work as a concept that promotes democracy and strengthening rural areas. In addition, networking of young people, adults and colleagues active in this area. We try to implement this claim in various project formats, some of which relate directly to each other.
