The main objective of the project was to strengthen the visibility, dissemination and communication capacities of NGOs, youth organisations and informal initiatives through practical tools, digital resources and educational activities. The project aimed to provide accessible and ready-to-use resources that organisations could apply directly in their daily work to communicate their activities more effectively, reach wider audiences and increase their impact. Another objective was to improve competences related to digital communication, storytelling, dissemination planning, audience engagement and social media use. The project also aimed to develop sustainable project results that remain available after the funding period. This led to the creation of the Easy Visi Toolbox, website, multilingual application, mentoring resources and educational content. The materials became available in English, German, Spanish, Portuguese and additionally Ukrainian to increase accessibility for wider target groups. Another objective was to strengthen international cooperation, networking and exchange of practices between organisations from different countries and backgrounds.
We applied for this project because we identified a clear need among NGOs, youth organisations and informal initiatives for practical support in visibility, dissemination and communication. Through previous Erasmus+ experience and work in our communities, we observed that many organisations carried out meaningful activities but struggled to present their work, reach wider audiences and communicate their impact effectively. The needs addressed by the project included limited digital skills, lack of communication and dissemination strategies, insufficient practical tools and limited organisational capacity, especially among smaller organisations. Following the COVID-19 period, these challenges became even more visible as many organisations had to adapt to digital environments without having sufficient knowledge or resources. Easy Visi aimed to respond to these needs by creating practical and accessible tools, mentoring opportunities and digital resources that organisations could directly apply in their daily work. During implementation, participant feedback confirmed that these needs were real, especially regarding communication, storytelling, social media and practical visibility methods.
