Objectives

- To expand young peoples' horizons musically and personally - To enable teachers to learn new ways of teaching music, new trends and innovation The students will acquire a wider perspective- musically, culturally, and personally- by learning collaboration and awareness of cultural differences and the European traditions that bind us. The teachers can tell colleagues in the school about their experience and be champions for better collaboration with our European neighbors.

Background

FO-Aarhus has a partnership with the Aarhus HF and VUC in teaching music to young people based on Danish traditions. It is our wish for our students to learn other musical traditions and current trends and innovations This benefits both the school and the students who need to compete more and more internationally if they are to succeed. This mobility was a great opportunity for students to explore the musical tradition, innovation, and culture of other European countries.
