Objectives

We wanted to enhance Limfjordsteatret's pedagogical and artistic practices by integrating nature and sustainability into our theater work. We also sought to develop new methods for engaging new audiences through sensory-based learning in outdoor settings, creating workshops that link theater, inclusion, nature and sustainability. The mobilities aimed to expand our educational programs and the way we communicate to different audiences, to inspire creativity, and cultural expression.

Background

Limfjordsteatret is a regional theater in Denmark that creates performances for both adult and young audiences, producing new shows each year. Through our pedagogical department, we engage schools, libraries, and community spaces to foster creativity and cultural expression. This mobility project explores the intersection of theater, nature, and sustainability, aiming to integrate natural environments into artistic creation and educational practices, enriching our performances and workshops.
