For the project 2023-2025 we kept the same strategy as the last programme period 2022-2024. Our students at Business Academy South West should have high-quality opportunities for obtaining new knowledge and skills and life-time experiences abroad by offering quality studies with partner schools and to give the students the most valuable opportunities for a good learning environment in international traineeships in countries outside of Denmark. Also our staffs and teachers should maintain the same possibilities for expanding their horizons and learn new processes and teaching methods abroad and also create new networks for future cooperation and knowledge sharing. Our strategy with focus on inclusion and equality maintained the same as previous years and we had a special focus on giving our students with lower opportunities the best guidance to take a choice of going abroad. We had more focus on students with health/mental issues or other disabilities and we implemented a new procedure so that we could get in contact with these students earlier in the process, this by working close together with our study counselling office. In this contract period we applied for activities within BIP (Blended Intensive Programme), but for this period we did not manage to set up any BIP and therefore we have to give this money back. We are not happy about this and for the time being we have no precise plans to start up any BIP cooperation. However we hope that we will have more success in the future. As our main focus is to strengthen international mobility at Business Academy South West we can look back at the 2023 - 2025 period and conclude, that compared to last programme period we did not reached the numbers of mobilities as we had applied for. We really try to inform our students about the values and impact a study abroad can influence the process of learning but unfortunately we could not reach the number we had hope for. We had one more student for traineeship than expected and the number of staff exchange was different that applied for - which means that training mobilities were more popular among our teachers and staffs.
