By implementing the 23-project, Cphbusiness wanted to continue working towards and build upon the same goals as in the 2 previous project periods: 1. Continuing to re-ignite E+ partnerships after Covid (the negative effect of Covid paused inernational networks that had taken many years to build, and the re-building of these require extra efforts and time, it has not just been a matter of simply "continuing" from where we left it, faculty and staff ressources have to be allocated again and at the same time the knowledgesharing networks had to find their place again in a department/team/study programme that had been reorganized after Covid (and in some cases new colleagues had to be appointed in order carry on the contacts/networks as the previous colleagues were not engaged with the particular area anymore, all of which takes a lot of time). 2. Continuing to focus on building networks/contact for staff and faculty/study programs where little or no international networks have previously existed. 3. Continuing to develop counselling-tools and support assistance to students, incl. increase the visibility of the E+ options but also to meet new student needs and by doing so, increasing the number of in- and outbound students (incl. students within the Fewer Opportunities category). Activites in the 2023-project have been linked to these goals as Cphbusiness International find that working with long time goals is important as we can have a continuity in the work we do, which ensures a high level of relevance and quality, not just for the involved study programmes and administrative departments, but is also enables us to evaluate and improve procedures and outcome for in- and outbound student mobilitites byusing the figures each Erasmus+ project year to measure the effects of what we do. By implementing the 23 project we expected to see a growing effect of the work done in previous project years. After Covid, numbers for in- and outbound mobilites were very low, and a lot of networks that had previously had been ingited by Erasmus+ teacher/staff exchanges had dropped dramatically. As the 23-project is now closing soon we are pleased to see that the expectations we had at the start of the project period, have been met in many areas, when comparing this with what it looked like at the end of the 22-project: More partnership have been re-ignited and also new ones have been created enabling staff and faculty knowledgesharing with E+ partners within AI and sustainability, departments and study programs who have not sent faculty on E+ exchanges for a long time, have starting showing an interest in doing this and we have continued to develop our counselling tools and support efforts for our in- and outbound students. Though not part of the figures this project year, Erasmus+ promotion work done by the International team has led to the largest event amount of applications for a study abroad this spring, which will show in the no. of E+ students mobiliites in the 24-project. Also, in the 23-project a long running course collaboration with an E+ partner was for first time was carried out as a BIP abroad for students (However, as the faculty member who originally developed the BIP with the E+ partners, had planned to host the BIP at Cphbusiness in the 23.project, left for another job before, the BIP has ended up taking place at one of the other E+ partners for 2 consecitive years). Duing the 23.project Cphbusiness International also intended to continue to keep evaluating and developing our counselling offers for all student and staff groups in order to live up to our ECHE obligations, by meeting the students' and staff's need for extra types of support via ensuring a higher quality of offers which in the end would also lead to higher mobility numbers as well as a hightened level of internationlization of our organisation.
