Objectives

As a higher education institution, we have a responsibility to both our students and the society to support the development of our students’ international competencies as an integral part of their education. These competencies – including professional, personal, social, and cultural – help prepare students to operate effectively in a global labor market and to apply their experiences in their future careers. The Erasmus+ project provides us with a valuable framework for exchange between students, teaching staff, and administrative personnel. This exchange plays a significant role in developing international competencies and fostering a global outlook. Through mobility, participants gain the opportunity to experience and understand cultural values and practices in an international context. Students are better prepared for their future professions, while teaching staff gain new insights and knowledge that can enrich their teaching and strengthen the international dimension of the learning environment at home. The Erasmus+ project thus supports a wide range of activities that enable us, as an institution, to promote mobility for both students and staff. Our experience shows that exchange has a positive impact on both personal and professional development. Furthermore, we observe a clear correlation between outgoing and incoming mobility: the more students and staff we send abroad, the more international participants we attract. This contributes to strengthening the international learning environment across all our campuses.
