With this project we wanted to inspire our participants, based on European values, to find the courage to use their voice to learn more about how young people with a completely different background experience 'Equality of all genders' and use this experience and these insights to grow personally. The objectives were: - Learn about Equality of All Genders and find ways to create inclusive and respectful environments and thereby break down prejudices, social exclusion and discrimination. - Foster personal development and increased awareness of being young in Europe with the opportunities and limitations it gives. - Ensure a high level of youth participation. - Inspire our participants to use their voices and democratic skills at school, at local, regional, national level and eventually also on the labour market. - Give our participants with fewer opportunities a unique chance of growing personally and gaining self-confidence through the special measures the Erasmus+-programme provides and at the same time fight stigma and develop an inclusive approach in the group taking part in the youth exchange.
