Our project aimed to empower youth to embrace failure as a learning opportunity and develop resilience. We achieved this by using non-formal educational methods to help young people understand the fear of failure and its impact on their ability to take risks. Our objectives were to promote a growth mindset that viewed failure as a step towards success, share stories of successful individuals who had overcome failure, and teach coping strategies for bouncing back from setbacks. By fostering a supportive environment, we aimed to help young people learn from their failures, increase their resilience, self-confidence, and motivation. Ultimately, our goal was to create a community where young people were better equipped to take risks and pursue their goals, regardless of the potential for failure. We had a total of 42 young people with and without an academic background; with and without fewer opportunities involved facilitators and trainers included.
