Objectives

Our objective was to equip students with key competences for the future through three study modules. The Digitalisation module aimed at helping students explore relevant digital tools and opportunities, preparing them for a rapidly changing labor market. The Inclusion module focused on strengthening intercultural skills and boosting self-esteem, ensuring that all learners feel empowered and included in international contexts. Finally, the Sustainability module encouraged students to adopt responsible practices and become dedicated global citizens. Together, these objectives support Erasmus+ priorities and foster innovation, equality, and environmental awareness in vocational education.

Background

We applied for this project to strengthen international cooperation in vocational education and training (VET). Our main need was to develop robust internationalisation strategies for VET providers and ensure high-quality mobility for staff and students across two continents. By addressing these needs, we aimed to create a practical model that integrates Erasmus+ priorities—inclusion, digitalisation, and sustainability—into institutional strategies. This approach supports long-term partnerships, improves mobility experiences, and promotes equal access and innovation in VET.
