Objectives

Through accreditation VitaTiim aims to drive impactful youth-centered initiatives that address essential developmental areas in line with our mission. This accreditation empowers us to implement activities that foster personal growth, skill development, and community engagement for young people. Our goals focus on the following core objectives: Empowering Young People VitaTiim is committed to helping young individuals realize their creative potential and develop self-confidence. Our work aims to introduce young people to meaningful growth opportunities, fostering value-based thinking and a sense of responsibility for their communities and the broader world. Developing Youth Work in the Ida-Viru Region Supporting youth work in the Ida-Viru region is central to our efforts. By addressing current challenges and leveraging innovative approaches, we aim to empower Russian-speaking youth workers to build their capacity, particularly in international and digital youth work, volunteering, and values-based youth empowerment. Through these activities, we strive to elevate the quality and reach of youth work in the region. Promoting Non-Formal Education and Inclusive Youth Work Our accreditation enables us to champion non-formal, value-based education as an essential complement to formal learning. We prioritize involving a diverse range of youth organizations, specialists, and young people—especially those with fewer opportunities or special needs—in youth work. By promoting inclusive and fair educational opportunities, we seek to increase awareness of the principles and impact of youth work at both local and international levels. Building Cross-Sectoral Cooperation for Global Synergy VitaTiim believes in creating a robust network that spans various sectors to foster global synergy, unity, and solidarity. Working with a broad range of stakeholders, we aim to establish a supportive ecosystem for young people and their communities, reinforcing the importance of cross-sectoral cooperation in advancing youth work. Focusing on Sustainability, Inclusion, and Resilience This year, our accreditation-supported activities specifically highlighted sustainability, inclusion, and resilience. These focal areas guided the design and execution of our programs, leading to five activities—exceeding our initial goal of four—including two youth exchanges and three mobility projects for youth workers. Through these activities, VitaTiim addressed pressing issues, empowered young people to act with awareness, and reinforced our commitment to sustainable, inclusive, and resilient youth development.
