Objectives

In implementing this project, we aimed to strengthen our organisation's role in the youth work sector, advancing key objectives like organisational development, increased inclusion, and enhanced support for newcomers. The project’s objectives revolved around building an impactful, safe, and efficient approach to Erasmus+ activities by creating and disseminating resources, building skills among our team and partners, and promoting accessibility and inclusion for young people with fewer opportunities. One core goal was to develop materials that benefit not only our organisation but the wider youth work field, including a comprehensive web platform and an accessible collection of methods for youth work. By doing so, we aimed to streamline knowledge sharing, improve safety and efficiency, and create tools that would enhance future Erasmus+ projects. This also meant that we could support other organisations, increasing the collective impact and sustainability of Erasmus+ initiatives. Additionally, we managed to increase outreach and support new youth workers through skill-building and mentorship, aligning with Erasmus+ values of inclusivity and engagement. Accreditation allowed us the flexibility to adapt our activities to actual needs and budget constraints. We initially planned for two youth exchanges and two training courses; however, budget limitations meant we opted for one youth exchange and two training courses, reaching 95 participants across the activities. This adaptability was essential in achieving our goals within the given funding framework. Moreover, we exceeded our inclusion targets by involving 26 participants with fewer opportunities, surpassing the initial target of 18. This higher engagement directly supports Erasmus+ goals by empowering a broader and more diverse group of young people and youth workers. We are pleased to report that we successfully utilised the entire budget allocated to this project, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources to meet our objectives.
