Objectives

The main objective was to let young people reconnect more with nature and learn how to make use of nature as a tool or medium that can help them reach mental health wellbeing. We wanted to give the participants the opportunity to learn about mental health and to give them tools to be able to take care of one's mental health and general wellbeing. One of these tools would be spending time in nature, also various physical activities that can be done in nature. In addition- the project intended to help improve the participants intercultural and language skills. We also intended that the participants embrace new non-formal education learning methods since this was the first Erasmus+ project for the participating youngsters. For many this was the first experience abroad and was their first intercultural experience. We hoped the young people want to take part in similar opportunities in the future.
