Our organization aimed to achieve several objectives by implementing the proposed project, with a particular focus on youth work practice. Firstly, we wanted to promote entrepreneurship among young people and provide them with the necessary skills and knowledge to develop innovative and sustainable business ideas. This includes helping them acquire essential competencies such as creativity, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork. Secondly, we wanted to foster intercultural learning and exchange, allowing young people from different countries to work together and learn from each other's experiences. Through this, we aimed to promote a sense of solidarity and mutual understanding among the participating youth and build bridges between cultures. Thirdly, we wanted to increase the social inclusion of young people, particularly those who may face various barriers to participation, such as economic, geographical, or cultural obstacles. By providing targeted support and measures, we aimed to ensure that all participants have equal opportunities to benefit from the project and develop their skills and knowledge. Overall, our project's objectives align with the key principles and aims of youth work practice, which seeks to empower young people and help them develop the necessary skills and competencies to become active and responsible members of society. We believe that our project contributed and achieved these goals, and we look forward to working with the young people that we met in the future projects as well.
