The aim of our project was twofold: on the one hand, to upgrade the skills of adult educators through on-site observation of good practices of adult educators in Finland. On the other hand, to improve the quality of teaching and equip our trainers by incorporating innovative methods and techniques. The ultimate goal is to enhance the effectiveness of our educational interventions and to offer high quality education to our adult learners.
E.E.DI.B.E. is an educational organisation that promotes equal access to lifelong learning and training for adults and vulnerable social groups. This project aims to develop our trainers by monitoring good practices in Finland where innovative educational methods are applied, with the aim of upgrading their skills, developing partnerships with European organisations and using them for the benefit of our trainees.
