The project aimed to improve education quality by promoting environmental sustainability awareness and active citizenship among learners. It sought to enhance career guidance services, supporting students’ employability and lifelong learning. Finally, it focused on strengthening staff skills in educational leadership and management to modernize practices and improve organizational effectiveness, ultimately benefiting both the learners and the institution.
