Το Τμήμα Διεθνών Σχέσεων του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών είναι αρμόδιο για τη διοικητική και οικονομική διαχείριση των Σχεδίων Erasmus+ KA131. Συγκεκριμένα, και καθόλη τη διάρκεια διαχείρισης του Σχεδίου Erasmus+ KA131 Call 2023, το Τμήμα Διεθνών Σχέσεων έθεσε τους παρακάτω στόχους: -ενημέρωση των μελών της ακαδημαϊκής κοινότητας, δηλαδή των φοιτητών όλων των κύκλων σπουδών και του προσωπικού (διδακτικού και διοικητικού) ως προς τις δυνατότητες και τις καινοτομίες του Προγράμματος κινητικότητας Erasmus+ -διαφάνεια στη λήψη αποφάσεων μέσω της αρμόδιας Επιτροπής του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών -δίκαιη μεταχείριση των ενδιαφερομένων για το Πρόγραμμα εφαρμόζοντας τις αρχές Erasmus Charter for Higher Education και των οδηγιών της Εθνικής Μονάδας Συντονισμού/ΙΚΥ -αναλυτική ενημέρωση και επικαιροποίηση της ιστοσελίδας του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών για το Πρόγραμμα Erasmus+ ΚΑ131 προς όφελος των ενδιαφερομένων -ανάρτηση των κριτηρίων μοριοδότησης ανά δράση (Studies, Traineeships, Teaching, Training) με σκοπό την ενημέρωση των ενδιαφερομένων (φοιτητών και προσωπικού) -ψηφιακή διαχείριση των κινητικοτήτων μέσω online εφαρμογής που λειτουργεί στο Τμήμα Διεθνών Σχέσεων για τον συγκεκριμένο σκοπό -απλούστευση των διαδικασιών των μετακινούμενων -ισότιμη πρόσβαση και παροχή ίσων ευκαιριών βάσει των αρχών του Χάρτη Eramus+ για όλους τους συμμετέχοντες -προώθηση του Erasmus+ για τις δυνατότητες κινητικότητας που προσφέρει σε ατόμα με λιγότερες ευκαιρίες -ενίσχυση της κινητικότητας σε όλες τις δράσεις (σπουδών, πρακτικής άσκησης, διδασκαλίας κι επιμόρφωσης) με ενημερωτικές ημερίδες σε Τμήματα του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών εκτός από την καθιερωμένη ημερίδα η οποία προγραμματίζεται από το Τμήμα Διεθνών Σχέσεων πριν την έναρξη υποβολής αιτήσεων με σκοπό την αναλυτική και πλήρη ενημέρωση των φοιτητών του Ιδρύματος -ενίσχυση της δημιουργίας πολυ-πολιτισμικής και ευρωπαϊκής ταυτότητας των συμμετεχόντων ενημερώνοντας τους ενδιαφερόμενους για τα οφέλη της κινητικότητάς τους -προώθηση της απασχολησιμότητας των φοιτητών μέσω της δράσης της πρακτικής άσκησης -εκσυγχρονισμό των εκπαιδευτικών συστημάτων του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών με ανταλλαγή καλών πρακτικών με Ιδρύματα-εταίρους μέσω των δράσεων της Διδασκαλίας και της Επιμόρφωσης -ενίσχυση της πολυ-πολιτισμικής και ευρωπαϊκής ταυτότητας των συμμετεχόντων της δράσης της Επιμόρφωσης οι οποίοι γνωρίζουν ένα διαφορετικό τρόπο διαχείρισης διοικητικών διαδικασιών σε αντίστοιχες υπηρεσίες σε ιδρύματα-εταίρους. The International Relations Department of the University of Patras is responsible for the administrative and financial management of Erasmus+ KA131 Projects. Specifically, throughout the management of the Erasmus+ KA131 Call 2023 Project, the International Relations Department set the following objectives: -informing members of the academic community, i.e. students of all cycles of study and staff (teaching and administrative) about the possibilities and innovations of the Erasmus+ mobility program -transparency in decision-making through the relevant Committee of the University of Patras -fair treatment of those interested in the Program by applying the principles of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education and the guidelines of the National Agency/IKY -detailed information and updating of the University of Patras website on the Erasmus+ KA131 Program for the benefit of interested parties -uploading the criteria per action (Studies,Traineeships,Teaching,Training) in order to inform interested parties (students and staff) -digital management of mobility through an online application operated by the International Relations Department for this specific purpose -simplification of procedures for the participants -equal access and equal opportunities for all participants based on the principles of the Erasmus+ Charter -promoting the Erasmus+ for the mobility opportunities it offers to people with fewer opportunities -enhancing mobility in all activities (studies, internships, teaching, training) through information days at the University of Patras departments, in addition to the annual info-day organized by the International Relations Department before the start of the application period, aiming at providing detailed and comprehensive information to the institution's students -strengthening the creation of a multicultural and European identity among participants by informing those interested about the benefits of their mobility -promoting the employability of students through the internship action -modernising the educational systems of the University of Patras by exchanging good practices with partner institutions through Teaching and Training -strengthening the multicultural and European identity of participants through Training, who become familiar with a different way of managing administrative procedures in corresponding departments at partner institutions.
