The new generation is facing a transformation of the labor market. Skills have emerged as the key attribute for a young person to be able to find quality employment. The aim through this proposal is the development of young people and the fight against the problems that do not let them develop. For this reason it was decided that the European Commission discovered 2023 as the European Year of Skills to highlight the importance of acquired skills for the professional rehabilitation of young people in Europe. What we want to achieve is a new generation that will research and understand that the world is changing and constant adaptations are needed. The ultimate goal of the project is to highlight the skills that until now have not been in the spotlight as a key asset for the personality of a young person who wants to work and develop. The project is designed by young people for young people. Through non-formal learning methods young people will develop dialogue, cooperation, teamwork and understanding towards other participants. Cooperation, the intercultural climate, the acceptance of diversity and the demands of the Erasmus+ program and the European Union will be promoted. The skills of the participants will be strengthened at an individual level, but the project also meets the expectations of the partner organizations who, having experience, want to offer their team members the best possible learning experience. We will organise workshops, experiential workshops, presentations, and discussions all participants are not active and do not participate in the selection of new ones. For the successful outcome of the project, an important role is played by the contribution of the partners and team leaders, where with their creativity they will help to implement the project without problems. Finally, through their participation in this program the young people will achieve their awareness of social, economic, political and environmental issues.
