We wanted to bring together 28 participants from seven countries: Greece, Romania, Germany, North Macedonia, Ukraine, Estonia, and Türkiye. These participants were youth workers and NGO leaders, aged between 21 and 35, with half being individuals with fewer opportunities. Our goal was to create an inclusive environment where participants could learn, share ideas, and gain practical skills in digital security. Through this project, we aimed to: * Improve digital literacy by teaching participants how to protect themselves online using tools like VPNs and password managers. * Raise awareness about the risks of digital threats like cybercrime and data breaches. * Help participants understand how to use artificial intelligence (AI) ethically and responsibly. * Support youth workers in engaging with marginalized youth and promoting digital security within their communities in their daily youth work. By the end of the project, we wanted participants to feel more confident in their digital skills, equipped with tools and strategies to apply what they learned in their daily work and personal lives. The main objectives of the project were: * Enhance digital literacy: Teach participants the basics of digital safety, security, and ethical AI usage. * Improve youth work: Provide youth workers and NGOs with new skills and resources to include digital safety in their programs. * Foster cross-border cooperation: Bring together participants from different countries to share ideas and best practices. * Promote inclusivity: Ensure that at least half of the participants were individuals facing social, economic, or geographical challenges. * Raise awareness about Erasmus+: Highlight the benefits of Erasmus+ and encourage participants to initiate similar projects in the future.
