Gender equality refers to the equitable allocation of respect, trust, communication, participation, and resources to those who identify as male, female, or transgendered. It does not always imply providing the same activities, facilities, and cultures to men, women, and transgender persons. Gender equity implies that females and transgender persons have access to a diverse range of options that fit their needs, interests, and experiences.The project proposal is based on the EU Youth Strategy, which focuses on three major areas of activity centered on the words Engage, Connect, and Empower, while focusing on coordinated implementation across sectors and assisting in the realization of this goal for young people. The project's purpose is to collect young ideas and collaborate to build the EU Youth Strategy 2019-2027, which is principally based on EU Youth Goals #9 for Space and Participation for Everyone and # 2 for Gender Equality for All.
