Objectives

The project aimed to: • Enhance trainers’ competences in linguistic, methodological, and sustainability-related aspects. • Strengthen the European dimension by expanding professional networks and alliances. • Increase opportunities and diversify training offers for learners. • Promote the values of inclusion, diversity, tolerance, and democratic participation. • Position CRESOL as a benchmark in adult education for social and solidarity-based development.

Background

CRESOL is an adult education provider, both formal and non-formal, facing key challenges: enhancing trainers' competences in languages, innovative methodologies, and sustainability; strengthening its European dimension through strategic partnerships; and improving learners' key skills to boost their employability and social inclusion, especially for those from disadvantaged backgrounds. The organisation aims to become a benchmark in education for sustainable and social development.
