The objective of this project has been to train the employees of the city council who train adults, with the ultimate goal of providing optimal training to the people who participate in the training activities organized by the city council. Thus, the aim was to increase the quality of adult education, promote their internationalization and expand professional networks with other entities active in innovative adult education projects.
The City Council of La Vall d'Uixó has been carrying out training with adults for decades, with very diverse profiles, so the training to be provided is also very diversified. For this reason it was considered to request this mobility project to train in transversal subjects to workers of the City Council that carry out any type of training with adults; reason for which workers from different departments have participated.
