1. Promote the personal autonomy, the entrepreneurial character and the personal motivation of the students towards the teachings. 2. Know and apply new learning methodologies and good educational practices in professional training 3. Increase the employability of students to meet the labor demand of third countries and local offers 4. Promote the internationalization of teaching and organization
Our organization requests this project to deepen the inclusion and diversity of our students, a large part belonging to special education, offering them the possibility of participating in international mobility in order to improve their professional skills, gain personal autonomy, get them to take their their own decisions and make them feel more secure. In addition, we also want to enhance the international character of our institution, establishing new links with educational and productive sectors in Europe that allow us to reduce the isolation in which we find ourselves, responding to the labor demands that are often raised by offering us jobs for our students. We also want to increase our linguistic competence and modernize the methodologies used by others that make our students feel more motivated and the teachers much more adapted to the new demands of education.
