The project aimed to strengthen the European dimension of education, promoting inclusion, cultural respect and knowledge of common heritage. It also aimed to improve the quality of education of students in basic and intermediate vocational training, especially the most vulnerable, through mobilities to reduce school dropout rates. In addition, the aim was to consolidate a network of stable European partners and promote long-term mobilities (ErasmusPro) to increase their employability.
The Salesian School ‘San Luis Rey’, founded in 1963, offers education from Primary to Basic, Middle and Higher Vocational Training. The project focuses on students in basic and intermediate vocational training, many of whom are at risk of exclusion or in economic need. The centre promotes inclusion, uses active methodologies and seeks, through Erasmus+, to improve internationalisation, employability and reduce school dropout rates.
