1.-Develop learning by observation and experience in vocational training centers and/or companies. 2.-Improve the environmental awareness of the participants and our educational community. 3.-Improve the linguistic competence of foreign languages of the participants. Teachers need to prepare to conveniently accompany students on the path of digital transformation and strengthen the 4.0 generation and implement strategies for effective environmental education. Students need external motivation to help them transform, to change their localized vision of their reality, they need to develop their critical thinking through professional and personal experiences in an environment other than the familiar one. To do this, they will experience professional experiences with other young apprentices in the same specialties. The basic communication tool in all actions abroad will be English.
We want to generate a program of which our intermediate VET students are the beneficiaries, as well as the teacher. The specialties targeted by the action will be Auxiliary Nursing Care, Health Emergencies, Guidance in the Natural Environment and Care for Dependent People. We want to develop resources to guarantee employability, as a comprehensive professional training center and increasingly align ourselves with the strategies of the 2030 Agenda. Our internal projects for the digital strategy of the center and sustainability and the environment need an experienced contribution and a safe bet and updated, which will allow us to our own digital transformation and ecological awareness to later accompany our students towards the new 4.0 generation. The learning of foreign languages at an instrumental level is also a need to improve, which is implicitly and explicitly foreseen in attending training courses in the description.
