This is the seventh project requested by Isabel I University. The main objective of the Erasmus+ project was to promote the international mobility of students and higher education staff, contributing to the academic, professional and personal development of the participants. Student mobility for studies and internships was carried out, as well as staff mobility for teaching and training. The impact was significant both at the individual level—improvement of linguistic, intercultural and professional skills—and at the institutional level, reinforcing internationalisation and cooperation with partner universities. In addition, these mobility programmes were expected to boost the internationalisation of the research and development department by creating new opportunities for academic collaborations and projects, both with European universities and with third countries not associated with the programme. Another objective was to correct errors made in past projects in order to improve the implementation of future projects.
