The CIFP Politécnico de Murcia prioritises the continuous improvement of educational quality and increasing opportunities for both students and staff. Within the framework of the internationalisation of our centre, the development of the KA131 project has focused on key aspects such as pedagogical innovation, the development of professional skills and the promotion of European values. This project not only considers the mobility of students and teachers to other countries, but also welcomes foreign participants and establishes links and agreements not only with companies where students can do internships, but also with counterpart centres with which to share experiences and learn new educational strategies, thus promoting a more international learning environment. The aim is to enrich the educational experience of the entire community through a global and diverse perspective, while at the same time establishing collaborative links with educational institutions and companies in different countries. It also seeks to enhance the professional and linguistic skills of participants, enabling them to apply the knowledge they have acquired in real work contexts. This international experience also contributes to the development of new skills, improving their ability to adapt to different cultures and working styles. All of this, in line with the promotion of European values and the strengthening of the sense of active citizenship in a globalized environment.
