Our institution has embraced internationalisation as a key component of its educational approach, actively promoting mobility opportunities for both students and staff. This commitment is grounded in a continuous pursuit of quality and improvement. The positive evaluations received from SEPIE in previous project calls have encouraged us to continue in this direction, and we believe we have successfully achieved our goals. Since the beginning of our involvement in the programme, we have maintained a set of core objectives. These include enhancing foreign language skills—particularly English—as well as fostering the development of five key competences that underpin our educational model. These are: Flexibility, understood as the ability to adapt to new contexts, different cultures, and various working environments. Responsibility, which requires students to fulfil their duties without the need for close supervision. Autonomy, as many participants face for the first time the challenge of managing their daily lives independently. Social dimension, which allows students to expand their network and engage with people from diverse backgrounds. Capacity for growth and learning, supported by the experience of living and working in an international setting that promotes both personal and professional development.
