Spanish vocational training students often try to find employment in Spain, but few consider doing so abroad, thus limiting their options. With these mobility programs, we aim to get our students out of their comfort zone and undertake training internships abroad so they gain a more international perspective on the world of work. Regarding teacher mobility, our main goal is to gain knowledge through observation about how vocational training is implemented abroad, especially dual vocational training, as this will be the trend in our country with the upcoming vocational training law.
