The international mobility project Erasmus+ 2023-1-ES01-KA131-HED-000113966 has been fundamental in consolidating the internationalization process of the University of Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM). It has offered students and staff opportunities for mobility and training in international environments, fostering the acquisition of linguistic, digital, professional, and transversal skills. Participation in Erasmus+ has provided significant added value to university teaching and research, contributing to the cultural and linguistic enrichment of the university community. In addition, it has promoted the mobility of teaching and administrative staff, improved the quality of training and strengthened institutional cooperation. Among the main objectives we aimed to achieve, and which we expect to have fulfilled, are the promotion of employability through international experiences, the strengthening of European identity and citizenship, the development of intercultural understanding, and the exchange of best practices that foster educational innovation. Furthermore, the project has fostered the establishment of collaborative networks and joint research projects, always committed to promoting inclusion, diversity, tolerance, and respect between cultures.
