Objectives

Through the implementation of our project, we hoped to achieve two objectives: First, to improve teacher training in order to enhance the internationalization and modernization of the school. That is, we hoped that our school's teachers would be able to improve their professional linguistic skills, learn new methodologies, and apply them in the classroom. Second, with regard to our students, we wanted to reduce the school's dropout and absenteeism rate, which exceeded 20%, and thus increase the number of students pursuing and completing higher education. For this reason, it was necessary for students to know that they could gain experience in their professional sector, expand their language skills, and grow personally and professionally by training abroad. Furthermore, we aimed to increase employability and improve career prospects, as well as foreign language proficiency, by seeking a more innovative, engaging, and informed technological and digital approach to cybersecurity. In a broader sense, by implementing our project, we hoped to: Promote pedagogical innovation and the digital competence of our teachers through mobility programs, allowing them to explore and apply active methodologies and innovative technological solutions in their teaching practices. Promote a society where the dignity of every person is recognized, regardless of gender, cultural origin, or religious beliefs, and in which every individual participates fully on equal terms and opportunities. Promote empathy for nature. Develop a society where the dignity of every person is recognized, regardless of gender, cultural origin, or religious beliefs, and in which every individual participates fully on equal terms and opportunities. Improve the academic quality and relevance of Higher Education by becoming an active part of the European Education Area.
