IES Francesc Ribalta is a public secondary education centre located in the heart of the town of Castellón. It offers ESO (Compulsory Secondary Education), Bachillerato (daytime, evening, and distance learning), Basic Vocational Training, and Vocational Training Courses (in both on-site and blended learning formats). As an educational institution, it is fully aware that we are part of a European society that demands the development of foreign language skills, as well as methodological and professional competences. Therefore, the school aims to provide a high-quality education that contributes to the development of these skills, which in turn requires highly qualified teachers and students. Based on this, we have set the following objectives: 1- To learn a profession by undertaking internships in high-quality European institutions or NGOs, with the added value of using a working language different from one's mother tongue. 2- To exchange professional experiences and best practices in vocational training, enabling innovation in both academic and professional fields, while also fostering the pedagogical development of teachers. 3- To increase staff knowledge of techniques that can be used to motivate students in their learning process by comparing educational methodologies from different countries. 4- To enhance knowledge of social, linguistic, and cultural aspects by sharing lived experiences, in order to strengthen the European identity among students, teachers, and the educational community as a whole. 5- To modernize and expand the international outlook of the school by establishing professional networks with other EU countries, promoting cooperation and collaboration in future activities and projects. 6- To identify schools and companies abroad where our students can carry out high-quality training internships. 7- To improve participants’ social skills, European values, and resilience. Based on these objectives, a total of 21 mobilities were initially granted: 8 for staff training (STT) and 13 for student internships (SMP). However, due to the high demand from students interested in participating in internships abroad, the project was reoriented and expanded. It was decided to convert 3 staff mobilities into student mobilities, and in addition, 2 extra student mobilities were created, funded through organizational support funds. In total, 21 mobilities were granted, and 23 were ultimately carried out.
