Carry out the FCT (Training in the Workplace) internship abroad, with the goal of enhancing their personal and professional development, thus, improving their experience and preparation for the labor market. 2. Improve their linguistic and transversal competencies, such as organizational skills, teamwork, as well as increasing their autonomy and self-confidence. These aspects directly contribute to boosting their employability and adaptability in international settings. 3. Strengthen their identity as European citizens, promoting mobility within the European Union. This experience allows them to discover different working methods in wineries and vineyards, as well as understanding the operation and management of businesses in international contexts. B) Teachers: 1. Stay updated on the latest techniques and trends in the field of viticulture, with the aim of improving the quality of education provided to students and ensuring the relevance of the content taught. 2. Expand their language skills by learning or perfecting foreign languages, which will enable them to enhance their contribution to European educational areas and facilitate interactions with international students and collaborators. 3. Strengthen competencies in managing European projects, by establishing connections with educational institutions and local businesses. This direct exchange and collaboration will enable us to continue offering high-quality international mobility projects in the future. C) Educational Institution: 1. Provide better educational quality to our student body by incorporating the knowledge and experiences gained through international collaboration, and improving the training provided at our institution. 2. Expand and strengthen our network of host partners in various European countries, allowing us to continue offering new opportunities for international mobility to our students and teachers. This will also help consolidate our position as a dynamic educational institution committed to global training.
