The main aim of the project was to offer students and educational staff the opportunity to take part in international training experiences that would foster their personal and professional development. For student mobilities for practices, the goal was to promote a sense of European citizenship, improve their employment prospects both in Spain and abroad, and enhance their language skills through work placements in a foreign language. It also sought to encourage the development of social skills such as adaptability, problem-solving, curiosity, and autonomy, as well as to broaden the knowledge acquired in their studies at our school through direct experience in a real working environment. Regarding staff mobilities for training, the project aimed to refresh and broaden perspectives in the subjects they teach, establish contacts with European institutions offering similar programmes, and acquire specific knowledge and expertise related to good practices and teaching methods. It also sought to share knowledge and skills with students and colleagues from other countries, thus enriching both teaching practice and the quality of training provided in our institution. Across all mobilities, the intention was to improve participants’ technical, linguistic, and cultural competences, boost their employability and capacity to adapt to international environments, and strengthen collaboration with organisations and institutions from other countries. All these aspects contributed to promoting the internationalisation of our institution and laying the foundations for future cooperation within the Erasmus+ framework.
