In implementing the project, our goal was to provide students and staff with an international perspective through various mobility options, thus strengthening ties of cooperation with different institutions. For students, we seek to boost their professional development, expanding their future job opportunities. In this sense, we cannot ignore the impact of globalization or the importance of communicating in multiple languages as a key factor for employability. For staff, our main objective is ongoing training. Thanks to the program, our professionals have enriched their knowledge and applied it to improve their job performance. We also emphasize cooperation with other institutions, a highly relevant aspect. Regarding our BIP, the goal has been to promote our culture, value craftsmanship, and reaffirm our commitment to sustainability, teaching environmentally friendly techniques when making clothes. We had the participation of four HEIs, who not only delved into high-quality and sustainable flamenco fashion but also had the opportunity to live with European citizens in an enriching experience. All the activities held during those days were focused on sharing cultural aspects of our country and the other participating countries, offering unique and meaningful experiences. Finally, we would like to highlight that, program after program, we continue to grow in the number of incoming students from institutions with which we maintain strong relationships. These students come with the goal of learning Spanish, improving their knowledge of fashion and graphic design, actively participating in our initiatives, and, ultimately, enjoying a unique experience that will have a positive impact on their lives.
